TBY-89 collection ability is stronger than conventional butyl xanthate, and the selectivity is not worse than butyl xanthate, suitable for flotation of copper, molybdenum, gold, silver, lead, zinc and other metal ore, especially in lead-zinc oxide ore widely used.
The appearance of the collector is a light yellow solid with pungent odor, soluble in water, and the use method is the same as that of conventional xanthate. Generally, it is packed in bags or barrels, with an average net weight of 50kg per bag and 150kg or 100kg per barrel. Of course, if the customer has special requirements, xanthate manufacturers can also use other packaging forms and specifications.
Pay attention when using TBY-89 xanthate, because this product is weakly alkaline, so it will be more or less irritating to the skin. When opening the package, you must use rubber gloves, dust masks and goggles, and Be careful not to inhale dust. If you accidentally stick 320 xanthate to the skin or eyes, you should immediately rinse with a lot of water. If the situation is serious, you should go to the nearest doctor immediately.
